Torture: not open to "debate"

I personally think it's a mistake to imply legitimacy to arguments in favor of torture by providing a forum for the same, but the Fairbanks Daily New-Miner recaps the exchange between war criminal John Yoo and detainee defense attorney Steve Wax yesterday:
