(AP Photo/Cliff Owen, File)On September 4th, Obama's determination to sweep war crimes under the rug was challenged by the Ninth Circuit Court, in a lawsuit seeking to hold former Attorney General John Ashcroft personally responsible for improper arrest of a Muslim US citizen. The Supreme Court has now agreed to hear an appeal by the defense for the above case to be thrown out. Will their ruling enable yet another cover-up?
